After a few successful experiences in Australia (Advertising and PR) and in Europe (Retail Management), I have decided to leave for Canada to pursue a career in finance.
In 2006, I joined an investment group (GHC) based in Vancouver, and for the last 18 months, I have been managing their 'commercial real estate' division.

GHC is a Canadian Investment Firm that owns multiple division in the following sectors: - Asset Management (Division name: LionHeart Group) I am responsible for the financial analysis and risk management related to our real estate department. - Commercial Real Estate (Division name: Palagon) Once the market research and the financial analysis is completed, my duties include writing offers and negotiating contracts of purchase and sale with the seller, advertising for newly acquired spaces and managing the leasing|property management team. - Wholesale Distribution (Division name: VRG International) I am working closely with the company president on setting up a satellite office in Europe and negotiating exclusive distribution agreement with corporation in North America, Europe and Middle East. At the same time, I am responsible for the Holding corporate identity and therefore manage high profiles in programming, graphical design and print media to work on all our collaterals and advertising campaigns. Finally, we are in the process of implementing a new CRM Systems from SAGE software in order to optimize day to day business activities. This heavy project will be an ongoing task for the next 6 months. | |
