Warner Bros. Consumer product is part of the Major Warner Bros. Entertainment. This subsidiary manages a wide portfolio with major brands such as Harry Potter (movies), The Looney Tunes, DC Comics (Batman, Superman, Wonderwoman...), Scooby-Doo, Tom&Jerry. In the framework of the Warner Bros. enterprise, my mission was to approve all the licensed products developed by our partners: as a matter of fact, I was directly vouching for the brand assurance of the entire Warner Bros. licenses portfolio. My mission involved also the licenses style guides managing and inventorying. Brand Assurance: License and consumer products approbation – 300 approbations per week - Approbation of WBCP licensees products : from concept to final production - Management and inventory of the licenses style guides: Harry Potter, Batman, Looney Tunes, Scooby-Doo - 2007/2008 creative sessions, trend books and look books presentation to the licensees - Participation in the International Meeting : Paris – Décembre 2006 Marketing: Strategy and press relation - Management of the “Back to School” operation for the Harry Potter and Tweety licenses - Participation in the creative briefing for the Droopy Casino relaunch plan | |
