January 2008 - For a major firm in Retail – Casino (France) Present The objective of the Accenture mission is to assist the client in becoming independent on pricing matters for both Hypermarket and Supermarket sales channel. The implemented solution is based on Demandtec Software Open Link, Price and Promotion. Pricing Consultant - Strategic aspects: o Defined pricing processes covering the entire pricing life cycle from data aspects to price execution and monitoring. These processes turned into an user guide; o Conducted a project on defining a pricing reporting based on Pricing best practices and client needs; o Created a methodology optimized in an Excel tool to decrease the time needed to solve price exceptions (legal matter exceptions, price index exceptions and product link exceptions such as size or lines). o Promoted best pricing practices in order to maximize client's team efficiency. o Coached client's team to bring them to independence; o Endorsed knowledge transfer to client's team; - Technical aspects: o Wrote a deliverable on pricing data flows; o Provided functional support on pricing analysis tool. - Ensured cross communication (English/French).
