1) as a CTO in Medical Data Systems at a large Hospital Center,
2) then, for more than last 15 years at major players in the IT Industry, as a Senior Consultant, Pre-Sales Manager then Sales Office Manager, with deeper focus on Enterprise Networks.
I provide IT decision makers (end-users and solutions providers as well) with that widespread experience. I assist them in asserting their strategic choices and managing changes in technologies, providers or organizations.

My service deliveries consist in: impact analysis, cost/benefits ratio assessment, risks evaluation, architecture and solutions design, technical specifications writing, RFPs management, service providers management, training.
I also deliver consultancies related to IT Business Continuity or IT resources migrations (e.g. Data Center relocation). In addition to classical layers analysis, I take into account all IT environment components such as power, air conditioning, access control, passive infrastructures. |
