Missions:
Strategy between Europe and Asia Team: Technology roadmap monitored from Le Mans (HQ) and consolidated with W4C Shenzhen and our Contract Manufacturer.
New Product Introduction (NPI) and Negotiation to reach customers' BOM targets, contract and performances.
Ensure time to market and time to volume

Project Leader aspect: project review meeting with suppliers, Software, Hardware and Advanced Studies teams.

• Sourcing innovative & cost effective solution globally
• Create a business model with Preferred Supplier List
• Measuring their potential and identifying weak spots.
• Understanding & identifying the elements of solution cost.
• Managing costs in line with the strategy defined in the yearly commodity Purchasing Plan
• Demonstrating awareness of market prices & value for money.
• Create opportunities for suppliers (best in class) to be referenced in our module.
• Negotiate cost reductions in line with market conditions
• Negotiate supplier Terms & Conditions in conjunction with our Contract Manufacturer (EMS).
• Assess risk of dealing with suppliers and incorporate into decision-making process.

I manage a $50M portfolio including the following key components:

- Bluetooth,

- FM radio IC,
- Camera Module
- Advanced studies such as NFC, UWB, TV on mobile: DVB-H / T-DMB, Biometry...
