Laurent is an experienced Project Manager in Change Management, Performance Management and Operational Implementation. Focus on coaching client teams and facilitating change at all levels of the organisation through personalised engagement and individual support. Experience of working in multicultural teams in cross boarder projects to deliver results.
In May 2006, Laurent joined Strand Interconnect Business Development Group in Stockholm (Sweden). Currently project managing a Balanced Scorecard Implementation (websphere portal) in collaboration with IBM for Sweden's largest mining company (Strategy Execution).
Other responsibilities include the development of the Corporate Performance Management Capability at Strand Interconnect and the management of several internal continuous improvement programmes to support the company's current growth.
Laurent is fluent in French (mothertongue), English and has a good command of German and Swedish.
