| My first experience has taken place at General Electrics Energy Product Europe; manufacturer of Power Plant based on gas turbines; as a Technical Coordinator in the Customer Support and the Engineering Department within international turn-key projects (between 10 and 30Meuros).
From the design phase to the site assembly, I coordinated and managed several technical teams (Mechanical, Hydraulic, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control), without forgetting the quality and security requirements, the budgets management (app. 500keuros), the deadlines (from 2 weeks to 18 months), and a very important point: the human relationships. There more I was the interface between the different services of the company (Quality, Manufacture, Logistics, Purchases) as well as the link with our customers and subcontractors (meetings, progress reports, technical reviews')
For my next experience, I worked at MLPC International. I had different tasks such as organizing the manufacturing unit and taking part in the follow-up of the building site. This experience was more site oriented.
I left consulting in 06 and work now for GE Energy as Program Manager.
My main tasks are the following :
Provide Program management Leadership for Complex Gas Turbine NPI Programs including
- Work Scope Definition,
- Schedule definition and management
- Budget Development & Management,
- Change Management.
- Test Plan Definition,
- Define and Lead Design to Cost/Cost-Out Initiatives.

· Develop & Maintain Metrics to Manage Programs.
· Drive Improvements to Program Management Processes.
Apply Program management definition to other Engineering Department Projects.
Quality involvment
· Use Six Sigma tools to improve designs and program management.
These experiences demonstrate my ability to adapt and integrate in a dynamic business environment. I was told that I can manage and federate multi-field teams while proposing a proactive way of thinking: that is to say to build strong human relationships, to improve and simplify the organization, to forecast and make real the changes.
