Working with Transitions optical Inc since 1998 and have handled many different positions in Europe (Trade Manager France, Sales Manager Central Europe, Business Director France and benelux) before moving to the US to take care of one of our key business linked with Essilor of America (Essilor International also being one of Transitions' shareholder). This role extended in 2007 to Canada and Mexico. The big component of this role is to ensure the delivery of sales and profit to contribute to North Am PNL as well as ensuring strategical alignment between both companies. And is covering in term of business management the different channels of the business in which Essilor is operating in the different countries (Integrated labs, independant labs, Retail, Wholesales, IHMS, and inegrated retailers). I am holding an Executive MBA of Reims Managememnt School (Equis & AMBA) as well as an optical degree of "Institut and Centre d'Optometrie" of Bures sur Yvette.
I am interested in covering all aspects of Business that help to reach short and long term goals through sales, marketing and communication in order to achieve high level of growth goals and build and establish the business into good momentum for the future. I am also motivated by dealing with complexity and using both influencial and decisional role in order to adress the issues with the most appropriate way.

Transitions Optical is a joint venture between Essilor International and PPG industries.
My role is to define strategy and to ensure a strategic alignement between Transitions and Essilor in order to continue to drive double digit growth of Transitions within the Essilor businesses in the USA, Canada and Mexico.
Leading our business by enhancing relationships, building business plans and building teamwork between our organizations with the goal of accelerating growth for the future. Organizing a team to answer customers and businesses' needs. Building key business measurements by using critical data and analysis to drive both organizations in building effective marketing and sales plans that lead to incremental growth.
The structure of our company as a JV brings also a high level of management of politics between the executives of each Company that helped me to develop my influencial role.

Sport is needed: Mountainbiking, golf and ski but limited while I have to take care of my two daughters (1 and 3). Enjoy Art, concerts, museum and exhibitions. Love reading and watching movies.
