Personal Assistant to two directors

We were a manufacturing company,we manufactured bricks to build houses.
I was employed as a personal assistant to two directors.

My assignments were as follows : Receptionist, Personal and business banking,agenda,taking of appointments,Client liaison,Petty cash, Wages,ordering of raw materials etc.

What I achieved working for this company,was that I became a personal assistant to two directors from been a simple secretary and I could run the business when they were absent.
This is thanks to one of the directors who took me under his wing and taught me what I needed to know.

I am a person that is always willing to learn,and does so quickly,I am very ambitious and friendly.I love working in the administrative department.
