Laure Leduc

I am in charge of a 4 400 000€ annual turnover. In 2006, more than reaching my objectives, I exceeded them in terms of turnover and also improved the productivity and benefits. I am accustomed to working under pressure and to dealing with day-to-day management issues (transport, material, supply chain, illness…) using my reactivity. I lead a team of five employees and I am accountable for the new Department Managers’ training. I am responsible for the recruitment, the professionalism, the organization, the training, the task definition and the evolution of each member of my team in order to improve of the employees’ efficiency. I use market information and customer contact to manage my shelves and my range, to identify the needs, the category dynamics and choose the best supplier offers and to negotiate with them. I also assist my supervisor in creating the regional advertising tools, negotiating with suppliers and determining the best offer. In 2007 I am also completing the real challenge of remodelling the store.
