I am an enthusiastic food technologist, working in a fast growing foodbusiness in the UK. I graduated with a master degree in Food Safety and Control from London SouthBank University.
I came across quality assurance, food microbiology and food technology during the last couple of years. I also gained analytical skills working as a Lab technician doing Microbiological analysis. My first experience in the food industry was as a Quality Assurer implementing HACCP system in a dairy ingredients factory, in France. Dealing with the quality system of an AFAQ accredited company was very instructive.
I spent some time using my communication skills and my food expertise as a consultant for trade confederations in France. This was a very exciting role which broadened my knowledge of foodstuffs trade around the world.
I thrive in challenges. Being highly flexible and open minded, I want to have an international career and extend my expertise further in the food industry.
