Being a full-time lecturer as part of Taylor's College, School of Hospitality and Tourism academic's team implies a lot of commitments in teaching and scholarly activities.

The subject that I teach for Diploma and Higher Diploma in Tourism Management are as follows:
- Travel Geography (Southeast Asia and World)
- Inbound Tour Operations (1st and 2nd Year students)
- Outbound Tour Operations (2nd Year students)
- Travel Agency Operations (2nd Year students)

For Bachelor Degree of Tourism Management and Engineering, I am currently teaching:
- Tourism Engineering
- Tourism Project Management

I am also actively involved in research and scholarly activities ranging from consultation of students and tutoring of dissertations as well as research and consultancy works.

Sector: Teaching - Research

Working as travel agent at TOTAL implant agency, La Defense Paris for a couple of months, I have enhanced my ticketing and customer service skills for corporate travellers.

Later on, I joined the division "Coordination of Operations in France" (COF) in order to develop and implement operational processes throughout the networks of travel agencies affiliated American Express in order to optimize travel agency's value as well as improving operations through standardization of procedures and quality control.

Air Sport Soleil is a beach resort located in Giens, Cote Azur, France. The concept of this family-owned resort is very much similar to Club Med whereby entertainment occupies a central position in the holiday experience.Similarly, interaction between guests and staff is largely encouraged by participation to telematches, sport activities, events and night entertainment.

During 2 seasons, I was in charge of the Reception tasks such as check-in and check-out procedures, attending to walk-in or call-in guests to provide information, organisation and planning the daily recreational activities.
