BMW Magyarország is the importer of BMW & MINI cars and BMW motorbikes. The company was formed in 2004 and I am employed since the very beginnig.

My main responsibilities:
• Develop the HR strategy, systems and regulations, policies and processes.
• Recruitment and selection.
• Initiate, coordinate and manage operational HR activities.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and tax related requirements (including payroll and health and safety)
• Set up the compensation package, introduce Cafeteria Syslem.
• Develop and run target management and performance appraisal system.
• Plan and organise trainings.
• Counsel and coach the management.

Sector: Cars - Motorbikes

Automotive part supplier, employing 420 employees, producing compressors for the AC systems.
Main responsibilities:
• Manage HR activities (compensation, recognition performance appraisal, internal communication, recruitment and selection, training, personnel administration, labour relations, health and safety)
• Supervise the HR activities and 4 persons HR department.
• Consult the management on all HR related issues.

Main responsibilities:
• Develop and set up the following human resources activities at a green field investment: compensation package, recognition plan and the performance appraisal system, internal communication, recruitment and selection process, training and personnel administration, labour relations.
