My main responsibilities: • Develop the HR strategy, systems and regulations, policies and processes. • Recruitment and selection. • Initiate, coordinate and manage operational HR activities. • Ensure compliance with all legal and tax related requirements (including payroll and health and safety) • Set up the compensation package, introduce Cafeteria Syslem. • Develop and run target management and performance appraisal system. • Plan and organise trainings. • Counsel and coach the management. | |
