1. Consultant Training and Development at Environmental Protection Society(EPS) Pakistan from 2000 to-date(I am on study leave) The EPS is not for profit, non-governmental organisation working and coordinating for the conservation of social, cultural and physical environment. My responsibilities; o to organise and manage, overall, Human and Institutional Development (HID) department at EPS o to monitor the design and development of cost-effective and value adding plans of Training and Development(T&D). o to apply for funds to run organisation and arrange conferences, seminars and mentoring o to supervise recruitment and selection of staff and to allocate funds for T&D o to research Identification of Training Need (ITN) and Training Need Analysis(TNA) o to select and identify staff members and pilot communities for mentoring and training o to research and organise training material and facilitate/present different trainings 2. Lecturer Saidu Medical College Swat NWFP Pakistan from 1999-2007 Saidu Medical College provides education for MBBS degrees to prospective doctors, where social science is a compulsory subject. My responsibilities;  supported excellence in learning through the preparation and presentation of high quality learning and teaching materials  enhanced learning through lecturing and provision of subject support to learners  researched and ensured that the curriculum is relevant and up-to-date  developed new approaches to teaching, making use of learning technologies  continually reviewed policy and practice for learning, teaching and researching in line with change  presented at seminars and conferences  supervised student’s projects  produced monitoring timetable, assessment material and developed further procedures for in-class monitoring and assessments. 3. Human Resources Manager Multiforex International (Pvt) Limited Pakistan from1993-1996 This organisation is expert in export/import and the business of currencies of industrialised nations.
