Kraft foods is a leading company in the business of food production and distribution. In morocco it is famous for its coffee products such as Samar, acrte noire, Gaouar and Maxwell house as well as powdered beverages suc as Tang. I work at kraft foods as a product change management coordinator. My job responsibilities are the following:
 To ensure delivery of projects of Morocco portfolio within quality, cost and time constraints.
 Ensure excellence in execution of products to market, in line with identified SCM best practices
 Provide overview of workload, capacity, complexity and phasing
 Produce, agree and review regularly with key interfaces including Consumer Marketing and factories, the most appropriate timeline for managing each project effectively. Develop contingency plans and communicate when timelines are off plan
 Manage all aspects of the packaging for projects – packaging write off to a minimum, artwork, origination, repro and co-packing. Track write off and budgets
 Continuously improve quality, time and cost in the delivery of projects by challenging and recommending improvements to Product Change Management process.
 supervise new products execution process and manage timelines and related tasks.
 lead innovative production and coordination meetings and supervise PDR,LR and other documents completion.
