Kevin O’Brien is distinguished as a technology innovator and business leader, and well- known as a pioneer and holder of multiple patents within the rapidly emerging clean energy technology sector — more commonly known as cleantech.

Over the span of over 20 years, a number of world-class corporations, government agencies and academic organizations have benefited by Mr. O’Brien’s vision, inspiration and leadership. In his current situation, as Director of Innovation and Business Development for SRI (a global leader in research and development of cutting-edge technologies), he has free reign in directing the conceptualization, development and commercialization of exciting, knowledge based technologies and services that improve operational performance, efficiency and productivity while reducing/eliminating the negative environmental impacts of industrial processes. Under his leadership, SRI has been able to secure important contracts with the US Department of Energy and has advanced its reputation as a breeding ground for high-return intellectual property and technologies.
