I recently earned a master’s degree in Engineering from one of the leading French Engineering Schools (the “Ecole des Mines” of Paris), and I have since completed my education with a one-year post-graduate course in "Environmental Engineering and Management". I also have a master’s degree in environmental sciences, with a focus on biogeography and ecological issues.
As for my working experience, I have recently managed during 9 months a successful project for a large manufacturer of engineering equipment, dealing with the planning and the implementation of an environmental management system. The aim was to ensure the traceability of hazardous substances contained in the manufactured products, and especially to anticipate the new European regulation REACH regarding chemical substances. Thanks to this project, I have acquired skills like team player, ability to meet deadlines and to manage a whole project, and organisational skills.
Thanks to my education and various experiences, I also have good skills in several scientific fields (physics, statistics, geology, hydrogeology…) and more generally in environmental issues, particularly as regards contaminated lands and environmental management (ISO 14001).
I am now working within PML Applications in Plymouth.
