- Led the mobile messaging design team located in Austria, Germany and Czech Republic in a cross-functional project related to Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO) opportunities in Europe.

- Maintained a solid understanding of the entire technology landscape and identifying relevant trends, especially in the field of mobile messaging (SMS, Mobile IM, MMS, Email, and Voice Messaging).

- Managed collaborative project (16.9 M€, 55 person-years/year) funded by the European Commission, interfacing on a daily basis with its consortium formed by 28 partners across 10 countries.

- Defined business opportunities and actively contributed to the strategy identification for reconfigurability, by the development of interactions within Motorola and the implementation of standardization & regulation plans.

- Designed and specified a web-based project management platform enabling financial/technical monitoring, reporting and information sharing for multi-site/multi-partner collaborative project.

- Led the multi-site and multi-partner development of the Monasidre (EU project) telecommunications platform, and contributed to the conception and UML-based design of the platform.

- Defined and developed a service architectural framework in Beyond 3G (B3G) environment and implemented new concepts related to service management on B3G demonstration testbed (GPRS, WLAN, DVB-T).

Sector: IT - Telecommunications

- Analyzed the behavior of an IP-based radio network for cellular system, and studied its network performance.

- Developed a simulation tool, based on Network Simulator (NS), for the dimensioning of such network.

- Attended technical seminars and courses on Bluetooth, EDGE, UMTS, GPRS, and IP.

- Managed and guided the web development including design, functionalities, and content of the portal.

- Coordinated the new integrations with the different departments and external partners.

- Analyzed GSM protocols at A/Abis interfaces, and developed procedures for the analysis and its post-processing.

- Gained knowledge of GSM standard as well as database development and management.

- Created the corporate website of the company (3-month), and maintained it regularly for 2+ years.
