Acqman project. This is a logistic project involving the management of the trucks schedules and routes
• Requirements gathering with business’s users,
• Interface between the business and external technical team,
• Write regularly reports intended for the functional and technical teams technique, preparation and animation of project committees ,
• Follow up of qualification and test phases with the internal functional and technical teams and the external technical team,
• Write the test scripts (UAT, regression and QA) with Test Director tool,
• Validation of the deliverables and all project documents.
Follow-up of evolution of the projects Acqman : Management of the trucks routes - AGAP : Management of the release and Extragap : tool of export of data :
• responsible for the technical and functional tests, draft documentation and follow-up,
• collaborated in the definition of needs with the manager,
• wrote documentation preparing the production phase,
• participated in the choice of external resources, study of the curriculum vitae and the animation of meeting.

International strategic project impacting 32 subsidiaries. It was one of the first Web ERP in .NET, involving 60 people and a budget of 6M€.
The scope includes all ERP functionalities (sales, production, logistics, stocks, finance, management of the deals and the frauds) and voucher and smart card
• Creation of test documentation templates
• Definition of the test methodology and the test cases
• Management test process with Test Director
• Definition the test plan (UAT, regression and QA) and distribution of the tasks
• Management of a team of 2 testers
• Liaison with development, design and external suppliers to resolve defect and script issues using Rational ClearQuest
• Weekly reporting of defect management progress to project management.
• Presentation of a post project report to management in order to improve future project phases.
• Validation of the corrections of the functional defects,
• Final validation and edition of the delivery notes.

Project of complete redevelopment of the on-line trainings management system
