My two years experience as a team leader in Mainframe operations domain has allowed me to develop my organisational skills in a context where balancing between operationnal and project activities is a day to day chalenge. It has also been an opportunity to manage some crisis situations and to drive process improvements actions into production area.
I am now working in project management within Infrastructure & Operation department of Volvo IT, mainly on network rationalisation subjects.
