Actual job position

Since March 04 : Business Development of UK /Ireland market,
Set up of a commercial and marketing organisation (2 part time contract)
Management and co-ordination of local support team including Marketing, Sales, Customer services, Technical support;
Responsible for development and customer relationship management of strategic global accounts customers including Vodafone International – Orange, Virgin Mobile, T-Mobile.
Development of local distribution and accessory markets including Carphone Warehouse - 20 – 20 logistics (distributor), Phone 4U

Alcatel Mobile Phone - Key Account Manager
Turnover : 90 million euros.
Responsible for strategic operator accounts SFR (France) – Virgin Mobile (UK) and distributor account (SFR Retail store – Nextiraone –Phalco for French Polynesia
Sales and contract negotiation at national and international level.
Definition and implementation of promotional marketing activities.
Installation of logistic and technical partnership with SFR (VMI – simlock – mobile phone security – technical validation)
Negotiation of frame contract agreement (SFR, Maroc Telecom)
