Kazakhstan International Training (KIT) provides training services to local and foreign companies in Kazakhstan since 2004. In order to ensure smooth development of KIT's activities, I am in charge of - establishing internal policies to rationalise day-to-day activities and improve quality of service provided to clients (recruiting, reporting, marketing...) - launching of new training programmes with local and international trainers (HR, Project Management, Hospitality Business...) - Developping and managing of clients data base, targetting clients in the following key sectors: oil & gas, mining, banking, transportation, medical). As a result of actions carried out by its team of international experts, over the year 2007-2008, KIT successfully opened its third training centre. Number of associated trainers increased from 6 to 26. Meanwhile recruitment of language teachers reached up to 22 local and 16 foreign specialists. KIT's Clients list now comprises the 4 biggest operators of the oil & gas sector, the national airways and main actors of the banking and insurance sectors. | |
