My job was to manage the project with workgroups, to participate on the definition of custumer relationship process (Business Process Reengineering). I also worked to improve the service deliveries of the company.
I was certified from ITIL Foundation in June 2005.

I was also managing a team of 22 students working on intership contract. My job was to manage their work.
