I was first hired to translate into french & spanish all the product catalogues (Tools, parts, etc.) published by the company. Shortly, the position evolved to a real marketing assistant role where I was responsible for : - Develop and coordinate seminar events (Ferroforma in Bilbao) This included : The preparation of displays, equipment and marketing media: design, edit, proofread, print, package media and equipment, ship, track, travel to/from location, coordinate team & travel, assemble and put final touches. Coordinate daily event schedule. Prepare Event Agenda, Invitations, Registration Forms and Payments/Refunds tracking for Customer events. - Generate form letters for mass brochure mailings to prospective customers, including thank you letters & trade show passes. - Validate and fulfill Request for Marketing Information. Track requests & mailings. - Track prospective contacts, seminar attendees, event revenues & expense tracking. - Manage and track the expenses for each event. Ensure budget is managed properly. - Under supervision of the Marketing Director : The development of promotional strategies and product development. |
