My present business "Open Future Limited" is new. I'm working once again on the cutting edge of change. How do businesses manage knowledge? How do we find ways to effectively use the new Internet tools to enable innovation and collaboration, so our businesses can adapt successfully? This fits very well into a place like Viadeo. Viadeo provides the possibility of many relatively weak links: on Viadeo they are called "connections". You need in addition, membership of at least one small group, a closed group, that is much more strongly connected. You also need several sources of "rich data" places that nourish you with fresh ideas. Some Viadeo hubs do that, many don't. All that plus the ability to work on the process of changing yourself and changing your business, creates an "Open Future©” that is yours. We are all faced with the prospect of re-inventing ourselves and reinventing our businesses too. That's what a CEO does. He/she carries the responsibility for re-inventing the business.
