Mr. Tysklind has specialised in the placement of Board level and senior management Interim Executive resources. Previously he was Nordic Director for Interim Management Services for one of the leading Human Capital Consultancy firm in Europe. Prior to that Junior Partner at a top 5 executive search company in Sweden dealing with executive recruitment and interim management. Earlier he was one of the founders of the Stockholm based e-chron, the online venture catalyst and creative force behind e-challenge, the largest corporate development competition in Europe. This allowed Johan to build an extensive network of entrepreneurs, service providers and investors on a pan-European basis. Prior to that Johan worked voluntary for AIESEC, the global student organisation and served as Congress Committee President, for the International Congress 1998, 50th anniversary congress in Helsinki / Stockholm facilitating 1900 delegates from 85 countries.

Johan is an entrepreneur and an experienced Executive Search consultant with a vast network of senior executives for temporary and permanent assignments. He has also served as a lecturer in Human Capital Management, among others at the Swedish Venture Capital Association and the Stockholm School of Entrepreneurship. He is also serves in the Alumni Board of AIESEC in Sweden.
