In my position as an Export Sales Assistant I was dealing with customers in 15 different countries.
My tasks were for example:

a) Maintaining and developing the existing accounts: Processing and follow-up of orders, organization of transport, preparing quotations

b) Prospecting on different markets (Benelux, German speaking countries, France, Middle East): targeting distributors and end users especially in and promoting PPE, spill management and road safety products

c)Participating in fairs, follow-up on exhibitions

MGM Constructeur is a luxury real estate agency, building, renting and selling property.

During my 4-month internship (as a part of my studies), I conducted a market study for the construction of Wellness-/ Beauty-/ Fitness centres in 5 different towns in the region Rhône-Alpes in France.
My results were very helpful for the company, following my suggestion to build those centers only in 3 of the 5 towns.

The association 'Le Champ de la croix' has several medical-pedagogical instututions for mentally handicapped people.

While studying at the same time in evening courses, I worked in of those centers as an Education Assistant.
Caring and educating the mentally handicapped teenagers (between the age of 12 and 25) included tasks such as:
- Teaching them in domestic works
- Teaching the in wood works
- Assisting in therapies such as horse therapy
- Organising leisure activities (swimming, walks, holidays)

The Catholic Centre for Visually Impaired (Deutsches Katholisches Blindenwerk) is an organization for the blind.
They are raising money to fund projects (education, integration) for blind people all over the world, but mostly in Germany.

During my 2-month internship I was assisting in accountancy and fund-raising, having contact with donors in France, England and Germany.

Rent a ski is a small 3-person-company, selling, renting, repairing ski and organising 2 to 5 ski-vacations per year.
Between 1998 and 2002 I organized and accompanied 6 ski vacations in Italy.
I was booking the hotel, bus, buying the ski tickets, preparing the ski material and organising games and shows for the evenings.
At the same time I was renting and selling ski and teaching skiing.

K3 Media is an event agency, organizing concerts, radioshows and other events in Germany.


During my internship from 05/2002- 08/2002 I was assisting the management. My tasks were:
- Secretary works
- Correspondence with foreign clients
- Drawing up tour schedules (booking) for K3’s artists
- Promotion for K3 Artists

After my internship I worked as a freelancer on several events such as EINS LIVE Eine Nacht in Bielefeld/ Düsseldorf.
As an assistant production officer, I was:
- scheduling the logistics (shuttle-services) for several events
- working in Public Relations: Informing the press about the performing actors
