Joint Venture (Veolia Water and Lanzhou Water Co).

Provide strategic and tactical improvements to the Supply Chain to decrease the Company spends while improving the quality of suppliers in the following domains : purchasing, warehousing and public bidding.

Coordinate medium to long term planning processes and take a leading role in resolving supply and demand imbalances.

Define and Implement a IT solution to streamline the supply chain activities among the Plants and Offices

Strategic Supplier management, including periodic credit reviews, supplier site audits and support business quality objectives

Benchmark key suppliers on an annual basis to ensure the maintenance of competitive advantage

Guide and mentor Lanzhou Veolia Water (Group) Co Purchase Manager, Logistics Manager and Subsidiaries .

Joint Venture (Veolia Water and Hohhot (Inner Mongolia) Water Company).

Responsible for managing the suppliers portfolio to this project (industrial equipments, services, mobile equipment, Chemicals); Implementation of a full review of the existing supply base to ensure that the service level and product quality is achieved against target; definition and implementation of international financial standards (especially SOX).

Among the key activities; recruitment and training (7 staff), sourcing and resourcing of suppliers, setting up suppliers management,setting up of strategies and supplier frameworks, and supporting project teams in view of the plants'refurbishment (10 sites).
