After some professional experiences without any connections between them, I have decided about the main lines my professional project has to follow.
Always be on the road, meet new peoples and satisfy their needs by working as an intermediary within a long-term relationship are my main motivations.
On mid term (2 to 3 years) I would like to move to west part of China (Sichuan, Hunan or Autonomous Xinjiang Province) and maybe work with some Central Asia countries.
Since 2008 January I am working in a Shanghai’s real estate company (Offices, Retail and Industrial). In my opinion, crease-crossing the city and staying aware of new projects is very stimulating; fix issues met by tenants while tenancy agreement is still running is just professionalism.
I am interested in art (especially sculpture), its specific market and in the different ways to integrate it into commercial places’ environment (such as malls, business centers, hotels and industrial areas).
I also have a starting curiosity for gems. It is more a hobby than a real passion. When I have time, I read news about production area (Madagascar, central Asia, Thailand, South America….) and main trading places (Anvers, Hong Kong…) and try to make the difference between stones’ cut style and main criteria.
