Since September 2002 CHINA NITROCELLULOSE COMPANY – Shanghai (China) 50 / 50 Joint –Venture between SNPE group ( France) and TNC Industrial Company ( Taiwan). Turnover: 65 million US Dollars. Market leader in the manufacturing and marketing of nitrocellulose, a binder used in the production of paints, lacquers and printing inks. Since October 2006 GENERAL MANAGER + Run the company : P&L responsibility, Human Resources, Production, Finance, Sales. More particularly in charge of increasing the bottom line of our 3 factories in China and Korea by implementing Key Performance Indicators, Best Manufacturing Practices. + Set up a competitive spirit between the factories (benchmarking). + Supervise the construction of a new nitrocellulose factory in Nanjing (China), which will start production in August 2007.Investment of 18 Million US Dollars. + Member of the Board of Directors of our Chinese and Korean factories. > Average Gross profit of our Chinese factories increased from 24% in 2006 to 31% in 2007 thanks to an optimization of utilities consumption.
