AIRBUS – Retrofit Campaign Manager Customer support to Airlines and Supplier monitoring to keep in service aircraft safe and at the latest technical standards. GENERAL TASKS • Manage fleet wide campaign across the Airbus /Airline /Supplier organisation • Technical & General support to airlines (maintaining good working relationship) • Internal preparation with and Programmes, Procurement and Engineering Airbus departments • Technical knowledge multi ATA, multi programmes SUPPLIER MONITORING • Influence procurement negotiations with supplier • Manage and control supplier’s actions (retrofit campaign planning, rotable deliveries, manpower assistance to customers... ) • Participate in Call for tender CUSTOMER SUPPORT • Advise customers and organise retrofit planning • Provide logistical assistance to customers • Retrofit Review meetings with Airline Management at Airline’s facilities to ease and accelerate retrofit embodiment.
