- Classification and grading of jobs at EMEA level in partnership with Radford Consulting
- Establishment of the social annual report EMEA 2005
- Building of social indicators enabling the benchmarking of the company’s salary data with market data provided by Radford Consulting.
- Creation of HR indicators.
- Setting up and coordination of employee savings and pension funds plans on the EMEA zone.
- Stock options analysis and reporting.
- Creation of a global compensation reporting EMEA for the next merit review.

- Financial analysis: consolidation of European P&L accounts, analysis and decisions for budgets, analysis of P&L accounts of the zone.
- Price controlling : setting up of prices and price policy on the zone, validation of rebates
- Forecasts controlling: statistical studies of sales and calculus of forecasts based on the study of functions, mean averages and exponential smoothing in phase with budgets.
- Marketing analysis: product mix, profitability of product lines.
- Creation of a European financial template under Excel.
