Open Source Strategy and Policy

My role is to recommend and build EDS Open Source Global Strategy and Policy for Application Services Field Operations.
This includes ecosystem, safe havens, risks management, supply chain & repository, assessment, support, contribution models, education and overall governance. I am Core member of EDS Open Source Governance Committee.
I also Chair the Open Source Global Forum which is driving the adoption of Open Source on the field, providing governance, consultancy & education with the assistance of EDS Open Source Community (800+ members) I co-lead.

Leader and Expert for EDSource, EDS initiative which aims at applying Open Source Best Practices within Application Development. I am core member of the board of EDS Reuse initiative of which EDSource belongs to.

Lead technologist

Lead Technologist driving the practical deployment & implementation of EDS technology policy - tools, methods & best practices - for EDS France, Iberia & Morroco. I am leading all technical reviews (sales & delivery), support new business development, develop new capabilities, participate in training plans, assist in critical situations and promote innovation.
