The main objective of NXP Software is to develop and market the company’s solutions in multimedia, audio and video in the form of of embedded software targeting the mobile/portable market.

The technical complexity of the projects and the fast time-to-market requirements of the mobile phone require NXP Software to coordinate extensively with its key customers throughout the customer’s development and product planning organisations. My key responsibility are:

-Regular assessment that operations are in line with business targets
-Coordination within NXP Software of all running projects with the customer in order to meet the agreed business targets:
o Definition of project scope to meet agreed business target
o Align schedules and execute within budgeted resources
o Provide regular project status reports to both Samsung and NXP Software
o Deploy agreed strategy across NXP Software and Customer development, marketing and sales organizations
- Harmonize operating procedures across the NXP Software R&D according to the guidelines from services and support organization
- Propose and manage metric dashboard to measure results on a regular basis
- Structure discussion with the Customer, regularly align projects, give status reports, prepare joint positions to customers
