Jean-Luc Jolliet

A Swiss national but raised in Brazil, I am a graduate of EHL Hotel Management School of Lausanne and IMD.

Motivated by an interest in business development and human resources, my career evolved in HR positions in financial services and in the manufacturing industry. Before launching JollietAdvice, I acquired 16 years of consulting experience in:
- executive search and recruitment of senior managers as Partner at Denzler and Partners;
- transition career services at DBM, the leading Swiss outplacement company, as a member of the management committee and member of the board.

I have also had responsibility for profit centres, sales and marketing of intangible services, finance and team leadership.

My professional values are centred on achieving my clients’ objectives and developing long-term business relations based on confidence. I have a keen interest in the search for excellence and the creation of value. I thus offer career management experience from the perspective of recruitment at senior level, executive development and outplacement and this at both multinational and SME level.
