Originating in the Maritime Alps, environment which gave me the taste of the frank and cordial human relation, I completed my higher studies of Right within the Universities of PARIS 1 “Pantheon-Sorbonne” and PARIS 2 “Assas” in 1978, then at the end of my practical classes within the legal central cell of a financial institution (Banking Company), I directed during nearly one decade the legal and contentious services of semi-public and deprived institutional organizations (Grouping of the Social Institutions of the Spectacle and Caisse of the Vacation Spectacles).
Since 1987 I created the company of Expertises and Financial Dispute specialized ACTION RC of resolution of the commercial disputes and financial between firms, within the friendly framework, legal and executory. Thus I intervened effectively for the account of companies of all sizes and all branches of industry, such as the craft industry (KIT SOFREC, HOUSE LIONEL POILÂNE,…), the edition and printing works (PROCEEDED GRAPHIC, GROUP EYROLLES, PRINTING WORKS OF the FILES,…), teaching (the COMPANY OF FORMATION, the ESTBA, the ESVE, PIER,…), finance (BANK FORTIS, BIMP, CITIBANK INTERNATIONAL,…), construction trade (COGEBI, DYNA-CLIM, EHP, PELLOILE ELECTRICITY, PORCELANOSA, SAMACS, SOLETANCHE BACHY,…), the industry of manufacture and distribution (BOOMERANG, EUROCLIMAT, GETINGE FRANCE,…), liberal professions (Lawyers, Countable Experts, Expert Geometricians, Relations Presses,…), health (PRIVATE PRIVATE CLINICS, PARISIAN MUTUALIST FEDERATION,…) ; services with the companies (BEE IMPRIM', INTERNATIONAL GLOBAWARE,…).
This long expertise enabled me to apprehend the discrepancies due to the accelerated evolution of the economic world, and in particular over-development in little time of the TPE and SME on the initiative of heads of daring and creative undertakings, profiting nevertheless from no true structure of assistance followed as regards operational management, however essential with the longevity of a company.
It is under these conditions, nouveau riche 28 year old of strong professional experiments which forged reactivity, rigour and pragmatism, that I created at at the beginning of 2006, CONSULTING company JGA, and its COOL department BOSS, especially dedicated to the Operational Board of trustees of decision makers CRAFTSMEN, TPE and SME by documentary information, and by the operational accompaniment with the execution of the tasks as regards specific drafting and strategic coordination of professional expertises.
