Project Management Offices for the Operation area covering logistics, the distribution, the production (50 people) within the bridge project, Worldwide SAP project of Schneider Electric :

- To develop and implement the global business processes of Schneider through a Core SAP solution in order to improve the effectiveness of the business.
- To implement a solution around an infrastructure allowing to accelerate the set up of the solution while being very flexible.
- To deploy the Core solution associating the control of the change management carried out by the operational and to facilitate the maintenance of the processes business.


- Functional areas: FI, CO, SD, MM, WM, PP, PS, CRM, APO.

- Project Team: +250 people/Operation domain ~ 50 people.
- Program Budget over 10 years including SAP: 1.6 Billion € .

IT Manager looking after THOMSON Corporate Functions Finance & Legal business (Finance, Treasury, Legal, Audit).

Several activities are enclosed in this scope consisting in to deliver the services expected by our internal business customers.

Recurrent activities consisting on a support of more than 15 information systems such as Magnitude, Hyperion, SAP (Daily user support, enhancements, improvements, projects). The major part of them is THOMSON referential systems, are critical for the business, are used World Wide requesting a high availability level and must be SOX compliant.

Delivery of solutions for transversal or local business needs leading most of the time to the installation of information systems (from the business analysis to the support set up, going through the different steps of a project life cycle).

Over the last three years [2004..2006], THOMSON have transferred for a major part of its own business units the accountancy to a third party located on three continents (Europe, America, Asia). In this approach, as IT WW manager, i support this transversal activity (daily support, enhancements, improvements, projects).

Project “European Supply Chain Organisation” having as it’s aim the set up of a dedicated solution for every customer of the THOMSON subsidiary TECHNICOLOR, the world's number one manufacturer, processor and distributor of motion picture film and the leading provider of post production, cinema distribution and digital cinema. Reorganisation and optimisation of the operational structures of production, logistics, sales and distribution supported by a rationalisation of the entire information systems surrounding SAP/R3. Roll out of the European solution is in progress in 11 countries for DISNEY studios

At first i was in charge to coordinate the IT efforts around the systems integration, the infrastructure, the data conversion, i took over the data conversion responsibility at once the blue print finalized. i led and organized the data conversion for 10 to 20 systems by country such SAP,JBA.

Within a project consisting in on the set up of an European Sales and Logistic SAP solution, i was in charge to support the IT program manager for the final final roll out on responsible 4 Eastern countries and Switzerland.

IT project manager in charge of several projects :

Euro project aiming to ensure conformity for the entire financial and payroll information systems of THOMSON’s Italian subsidiary VIDEOCOLOR.

Set up of the SAP/R3 core manufacturing/finance solution based for THOMSON’s Italian subsidiary VIDEOCOLOR manufacturing unit concerning the TV tube.

Senior consultant on SAP/R3 looking after the controlling, finance and investment areas. Abilities reinforced by a strong technical knowledge background (ABAP workbench, certified BW).

Over the five years, I have been involved in more than 10 projects most of the time from the commercial proposal until the set up of the support organization going through the different project phases such as solution design, realization, test and user acceptance.

Refercial customers : LVMH, EDF, THOMSON, ROVER, ENERCAL (New-Caledonian Energy), VALOIS Group.

Sector: Consulting and Services

Analyst within the IT financial team of the AUSSEDAT-REY Group. Set up and roll out of the SAP/R3 European solution for 7 companies and 10 sites.

I was in charge of the hotline team responsible for providing support to the subsidiaries of the Group, who were using the SIGAGIP information system until their switch to SAP/R3.
