I am responsible for financial, sales and production reportings.
I am also responsible for the organization of trainings in Quality Management. Bureau Veritas Switzerland offers seminars in French in Lausanne and in German in Zurich. It is also possible to order inhouse-training in both languages and also in English.
The main subjects of our seminars are:
-ISO 9001:2000 - quality management
-ISO 14001:2004 - environment
-OHSAS 18001:2007 - heath and security

Contacts with subsidiaries. Specific hedging contracts. Back-up of computer applications.

Treasury Middle Office operator

Various Middle Office projects:
-Comparison of Reuters Cash Flow Marchés results for the valuation of swaps and cap-floor
with those calculated in Excel (use of Visual Basics and SQL).
-Tests concerning all the financial elements of EADS Portfolio for server moving from
Paris server to Munich server.
-Limits setting for subsidiaries, as far as their cash consumption.
-Valuation of the EADS mark-to-market which was required by auditors.
-Reporting of results for the monthly Treasury Report (cash position, hedging).
-Participation in the elaboration of the Treasury Procedure.
-Update of the data base containing bank accounts and swift codes.
