In a facility with three incinerators, one physico site and a recycling activity, I was in charge to lead a 25 people project team to set-up a global computerized tool to support our operations. This 225kEUR project succesfully completed in 2005, 3% below budget and allowed us to reduce the total number of employees affected to administrative functions by 6 people. The ERP also greatly improved the quality of reporting and our ability to analyse our business. | |
