Jean-François Galatry

As an Aerospace engineer I have specialized in Business Development for the Aerospace and Defense markets. With 13 years of international experience in Sales and Marketing and 8 years in the management of business development and customer support teams, I feel I can adapt easily to a new work environment and become effective very quickly.

The missions I have enjoyed range from Regional Sales Engineer and Strategic Account Manager, to Sales/Customer Service Manager and most recently Market Manager for Europe.Currently I am in charge of developping the European market for ITT Industries and I'm managing a team of four Key Account Managers. Our main responsability is to provide short and long term direction and achieve yearly targets for sales and margins. We develop marketing plans and key account and distribution plans which we then execute as a team and in cooperation with our corporate sales team.

All these years marketing and selling high technology products and services in challenging environment have helped me develop the modern management and communications skills that are critical to success.
