My JOB

Since 2006, I am Sales & Marketing Director for a subsidiary of Elior, one of the main international groups dedicated to catering.

Services & Santé, company specialised in retail business within public and private hospitals in France, is the second operator on this domestic market. Our implementations, a part from catering, could also include vending machines, a press/book store activity, and a television offer for patients drived from the cafeteria.

My main duty is to develop our restaurant chain named "Café & Compagnie".

I am also in charge of the entertainment of our network from the headquarter to each local outlet with new products, incentives, news services... and I take care of the internal and external communication of our company.
