WHO AM I ? / MY BACKGROUND

Originally from the Mediteranean area, I have lived and worked in several countries (including France, USA, Brazil and Norway) and married an Irish-Italian wife. I have had positions both in staff and in line, in organizations ranging from 10 to 5,000 employees.

Line - making use of my Engineering degree in Agronomics : fish-farming (Norway & Guyana), R&D in food science (USA), market research (Brazil), Sales (France) and Environemental Quality Control Management in pharmaceutical manufacturing (USA).

Staff - in HR, leveraging my MBA from INSEAD. I have experienced the different aspects of HR, becoming a successful international HR Director, and have actively participated in Management Committees. Sectors that I have experience in include : Industrial Gases (Air Liquide), Pharmaceutical (Eli Lilly & Co.), Internet Consulting and Development (Novell) and Offshore Engineering (Stolt Offshore).

Today, at the age of 42, while the international world is still my work territory, my family and I have chosen to settle in Aix-en-Provence, France, in the search for a new art of living.


MY MULTI-ACTIVITY PROJECT :

I offer today the best of my skills to several organisations at any given time (small/medium companies, associations...),
on a part-time basis, and I coach individuals and teams.


WHAT I OFFER / MY TARGETS

Perfectly fluent in French and in English, I can also work in Portuguese.

Part Time HR Management : I am particularly interested in working with small/medium companies in one of the following phases : late start-up; strong growth; merger-acquisition.
I advise Top Management on best HR strategies and policies to be developped and I actively contribute to their deployment. I also coach the Management Team.

In a medium term perspective, I take charge of international recruitment of management and experts, for one or more small/medium companies,.

I teach HR to young adults and to professionals pursuing continued personal development.

I coach individuals and teams, within organizations; in the world of sports; or outside the professional world.

I focus particularly on the following sectors : medical/paramedical, pharmaceutical, food-industry, sports, electronics, optics, seaworld (boats, sailing, cruises, fishing...).
