- Construction : construction contracts, assistance to and representation of property owners (public and private), project management, property development;
- Property management: commercial leases (negotiation, rent reviews, eviction), professional and residential leases, long term leases (public and private entities).

Lecturer at the Law University of Paris X (Real estate engineering postgraduate degree) also in charge of several seminars for lawyers on town planning strategy and regulation, property sale, commercial leases, (how to draft and negotiate such contracts).
