Hi,
Consultant for more than 15 years, I have been studying for about 10 years change management before opening, in 2002, a coaching consultancy.
I was first of all interested in problem solving concerning individuals and so I get specialized in accelerating changes acting on intra psychic processes. Those learnings gave me the ability to conduct deep analysis and to work on a multilevel way. I have then developed my charisma and studied how to work with groups of people using previous learnings combined with complementary studies on management and change management.
This education, mixture of various sciences, is useful in assuming transverse services and conducting pertinent actions throughout every steps and every meetings.
