• Graduated from "Institut d'Oenologie" of Bordeaux University (Engineer level).
• After a career in marketing / purchases positions within the group Docks of France (Auchan), in 1989 he is interested in human resources and turns to the council.
• Former Partner Director at Kreno (one of the first 10 French head hunting company), he creates and manages its high-tech activity.
• After more than 15 years of experience in this domain, he accumulates a strong knowledge and becomes a specialist in the IT universe. He has constituted complete teams in a lot of french start-up.
The only focus of Altaïde is to work with CEOs of venture backed companies to help the founders built a team that can implement the business plan for a go-to-market successful strategy. We have a successful track record for recruiting managers and executives in engineering, sales, marketing, and support. Altaide’s expertise goes beyond recruiting.
