I joined the Air Force in 1987 as a student pilot, and got my licence in 1990.
After having flown C160 Transall for five years, I joined the Air Transport School in Avord Air Base as an instructor. I spent there 5 years flying EMB121 Xingu and assuming respectively the tasks of squadron leader, chief of Operations, and chief of the ground school.
I left Avord to Djibouti where I was affected to the head quarter of the French Forces in Djibouti, and I delt with Maritime and Air Transport management.
Getting back to France, I returned to Salon-de-Provence AFB as an ATPL Theory knowledge teacher, and then as the chief of the Special Course for Officers.
Since september 2007, I'm in the French Air Force Headquarter in Paris.
I intend to leave the Air Force in summer 2009 to join Air France.
I'll get the selection tests to enter Air France in last summer 2008.
Now I have got my CPL/IR (multi-engine) licence, with a frozen ATPL. I flew more than 3700 hours. I scored 950 at the TOEIC test in may, and I'm getting ready for the FCL 1.028 Level 5 (maybe Level 6??)
