* implemented recruitment strategy including competency based selection & assessment centres, contributing to a reduction of labour turnover from 37% to 17% over 4 years ), and halving rookie churn from 30% to 15 % in the same period, resulting replacement cost savings.

* Introduced the KENT Academy as a vehicle for learning, resulting in sales development workshops and transfer of learning to the workplace being conducted in 2004. The company increased overall sales turnover by 4% as a result, leading to a 14% profit improvement.
