Context:
Within the Global Supply Management organisation of Unilever HPC I was in charge of the surfactant portfolio with a European spend of €100 M covering 15 factories across Europe and I am also a team member of the Global Supply Management Surfactant Team ( €800M) reporting to a global supply director located in the USA ,working closely with other members located in Asia , Latin America and Africa .
Deliveries :
· Contribute to the development of the supply management strategy for surfactant globally and execute the strategy in Europe
· Conduct negotiations regional and/or global for surfactants
· Ensure that the supply strategy is aligned with with the categories strategy
· Act as the single supply management contact for Global Personal Care projects involving surfactants working in global multifunctional project teams : Implementation of the new Dove shampoo surfactant system globally.
· Develop, implement and maintain ambitious cost reduction programs (€15M from 2002 to end of 2004 through low cost sourcing, alternative materials,supply flexibililty , )

Context:
Within the Hair European Category I was responsible for sourcing perfumes and raw materials to the 5 Hair factories :This role is about managing the interface between the Hair category and the buyers and is very much focused on supply chain and innovation projects
Deliveries :
· Implemented the material sourcing strategy for the hair category :
· Conducted VMI (Vendor Management Inventory) and consignment stocks implementation for the main production sites in Europe , defined supply contingency plans .
· In charge of material price forecasting for the category
· Managed perfumes development projects: selected suppliers, issued briefs to the suppliers, negotiated contracts for the hair category
· Involved in all innovation projects working together with the marketing and the Research and Development
· Led the Raw material value improvement program for the hair category ( cost reduction trough harmonisation and simplification)

Context:
I was the chemicals buyer of Elida Fabergé France the French personal Care Company of Unilever withturnover of €130M

· Responsible for a €15M spend,150 references,50 suppliers
· Led the suppliers certification program for packaging and chemicals for the french plant
· Led specific cost reduction projects with packaging suppliers
