Definition of the marketing and communication strategies for the licences and brands in close relationship with national and international copyright owners. (Budget: 150k€)
Communication: coordination of the Media agency, development of communication tools and supports (press release, newsletter, press inserts...), creation of the TV advertising campaigns and coordination of the media planning and management of Internet site.
Event: development and management of Road Show (Nuit Samantha), organization of presentations, press demonstrations and conferences.
Sales: Marketing and management of Co-Branding, Trade Marketing and of Sales promotion operations linked to the channels programs.

2001-2003: Project Manager of the extreme sports 35mm movie “Nuit de la Glisse”
Management of the event: Sponsoring and coordination of the partners. Budget of € 800 000. Global organization and management of the event in France and promotion at the International level (Germany, Spain, Norway,…).
Communication: definition and operational management of the media planning (€1,5 millions).
Distribution: organization of the French Tour in more than 100 cities.

Intranet traffic co-ordinator, in charge of the preparation and supervision of the intranet projects from their beginning (planning, financial aspect,...) until completion and delivery and traffic co-ordinator assistant regarding projects for the Running, Soccer and Kids categories.
