With an 18-year experience, mainly in Organization Project Management - either in-house or as an external Consultant - I begun a retraining course a few years ago: as Work Psychologist (CNAM graduate in 2004), I would like to focus my career on solutions made to improve living conditions at work.

This is a vast program! How can we better reconcile professional satisfaction and implication with business objectives, more often than not mainly oriented on short-term productivity and results? I have moved to London for family reasons and am now looking for a position here.

I am also making the most of it to understand better the Anglo-Saxon approach to well-being at work, which seems to be more largely developed.

To improve my English and acquire a specific experience here in London, I have begun working as a volunteer in a well-known charity: Oxfam.

This is a thoroughly enriching experience that I would be glad to share with those Viaduc members who are interested.
